Um, the smug smile he has while he looks down at his own package in the mirror maybe?
Still he IS cute, so that maybe just puts him down to "Mildly into himself"
His eyeline is definitely going toward his phone (to the right). Tons of people on GWIP do that, not because they're checking themselves out (since they're looking into their phones) but because they don't know how to take a picture.
